How do I sign up?
Click “sign up” inside the grey circle in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

I’m not getting a confirmation e-mail.
Check your junk folder.

How do I upload videos?
After you sign up and confirm your e-mail, go to “edit profile”, located in the red tool bar on the right. Then, go to “video gallery”, click “upload new video”, browse to select a file, fill out the info and click “continue”. Wait a few minutes while your video is being processed and converted into flash format.

Can I upload porn?
No, please don’t. If you do, we’ll remove it. If you do it repeatedly, we’ll have to delete your profile.

Is there a limit on how long my videos can be?
No. We don’t put a time limit on uploaded material. However, the size of your video cannot exceed the storage limit of your membership level.

Is there a charge for viewing content on pawky?
No. We only charge for more storage and extra options.

How do I respond to posts?
Click on the avatar (icon) or the username to access the profile. Type your message in the field provided, select your expressions and click "post".

How do I change my date of birth?
You can’t. Contact support. Either by email, support@pawky.com, or tell pawky.

What format should the avatar picture be uploaded in?
JPG or GIF. We do not accept BMP.

How do rate featured films and user video?
You have to be a member and logged in. You can't rate the same video more than once. Sign up or log in here.

How can I contribute?
Upload lots of video, watch some of our grade A short film and tell your friends about us. If you start really liking us, write pawky.com in every bathroom you visit. We do.
